Refund Policy

At Beauty Fair Emporium, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of wigs and hair products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The lace must not be cut

  • The wig must not be brushed, styled, washed, colored, or customized

  • All tags must remain attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, any item that shows signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Wigs with cut lace

  • Custom-made or personalized wigs

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior approval

 

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at Info@beautyfair.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within the instructed timeframe.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

 

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within [Insert Number] business days.

  • If rejected due to signs of use or damage, the item may be returned to you at your expense.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

6. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Express shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must meet all return eligibility requirements.

 

8. Chargebacks

Customers must contact Beauty Fair Emporium before initiating a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving a product may result in legal action and restriction from future purchases.
