Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beauty Fair Emporium. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our online store.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

3. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Beauty Fair Emporium is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Beauty Fair Emporium is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need further assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.

 

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

  • Keep all original packaging materials

We will review your claim and provide a resolution if approved.

 

8. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

If you purchase a pre-order item:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise requested.
